Photo 6 shows only very bad spot on Brock Ridge. The rest of
the road looks good.
The remaining photos are of Route 89 located West of the turn before Blake Ridge. Photo 5 is another spot near Brock Ridge. Will the base on this section be dug out and replaced due to poor drainage before the second coat is put down?
